Red Velvet If You Please

Indian summer is treating us well, so in order to stay cool (both in literally and figuratively) my recent style formula has been a mix of printed, worn-in t-shirts, with a pair of palazzo pants (or an airy maxi skirt), worn with my Levi’s custom-made trucker jacket, for the evening chill. Shoes? You’ll most certainly see me either in a pair of slippers, mules, or block heels.

SHOP MY LOOK:

I love to mix different textures and styles, to keep things relaxed and stylish. To me an outfit must be effortless and should take no time to put together. The ingredients are simple: one to dress it up (a luxurious pair of wide, flowing pants or a maxi skirt), one to dress it down (a lived-in band shirt), another one to dress it up (a pair of chic high heels, preferably in a smooth sumptuous colour) and another one to dress it down (a distressed denim or army jacket), Always make sure that you can walk in your heels though, there’s nothing less sexy than a woman walking down the street in pain. Go for a block heel, or if you are not comfortable in high heels at all, choose a chic loafer. Whatever the choice, I recommend a pair of Högl shoes, a guarantee for quality and comfiness all at once.
